Mevakshim is a program for Jewish teens, administered by Rabbi Manne. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Mevakshim app or website.

Account information: your name and email address, and your role (student, staff, or administrator).
Attendance information: your participation and attendance records for tefillah, classes, and program events, including approved absences and related notes maintained by program staff.
Communications: reminders, events, and messages sent through the app.
Automatically: basic device information and, if you enable notifications, a push-notification token.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
Authorized program staff and administrators
Service providers that operate our platform (Google Firebase / Google Cloud and email delivery), under their data-protection terms

Student Information
Student attendance and participation information is maintained for the program and is accessible only to authorized staff and the participant's own account.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, authentication, and access controls.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to administer the program and as required by our recordkeeping policies.
Your Choices
You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting us. Push notifications can be turned off in your device settings.
Children
The app is used by teen participants with program and parental involvement. Information is collected for program administration purposes only.
